Command Center, Inc. (OTCQB:CCNI) (http://www.ir-site.com/commandcenter/quote.asp), a national provider of on-demand and temporary staffing solutions, today announced revenue of $11.17 million for the five-week fiscal reporting period of September 2012, an increase of 9.9% on revenue of $10.16 million recorded in September 2011. There were 58 company-owned stores in September, as compared with 54 stores one year ago.

Command Center said third quarter 2012 revenue of $28.40 million, up 13.7% on revenue of $24.97 million in the like year-ago quarter, was the highest of any quarterly reporting period in the company’s history.

For the first nine months of 2012, revenue of $71.76 million was up 16.4% on revenue of $61.65 million in the comparable year-ago period.

According to Command’s Chairman and CEO, Glenn Welstad, “Many of our established branch offices generated record or near-record sales in September and during the quarter; and the results of new branch offices opened during the past few months are in line with, and, in some cases, exceed our expectations. Also, disaster relief and recovery activities, particularly those following Hurricane Isaac, had a growing positive impact on monthly and quarterly revenue; and the company’s presence in this sector continues to expand.”

Mr. Welstad said that, going forward, he expects the company to be even more active in servicing both national accounts and the large number of companies experiencing labor shortages in the Bakken Shale Region of North Dakota. “As a result of our strategic expansion plan and commitment to customer satisfaction, Command now benefits from multiple sources of business revenue throughout many areas of the nation’s economy. We are experiencing consistent, steady growth and remain very excited about the future.”
