UPDATE 1-EU Agency backs respiratory drugs for approval

LONDON, Feb 21 (Reuters) - European regulators recommended the approval of a clutch of drugs to treat respiratory diseases on Friday, including two from GlaxoSmithKline and another from Teva Pharmaceuticals.
