Goldman Sachs banking analyst Richard Ramsden added Citigroup (NYSE:C) to Goldman’s “conviction list” of stocks with buy ratings Monday, citing Citi’s exposure to emerging markets such as Latin America and Asia and saying the share price could rise 35% over the next 12 months.
