Baxter Declares Quarterly Dividend

The Board of Directors of Baxter International Inc. (NYSE:BAX) today declared a quarterly dividend of $0.52 per Baxter common share. The dividend is payable on October 1, 2014 to shareholders of record as of September 5, 2014.

In May, Baxter increased its dividend by six percent, bringing the annual dividend rate to $2.08 per diluted share and maintaining a dividend payout ratio of approximately 40 percent.
