The shell building, featuring four individual tenant spaces including an end unit with drive-thru for Starbucks, is constructed of concrete block, structural steel and bar joists, and has a heat-reflective and energy efficient TPO roofing system. The exterior finish is stucco with banding. Decorative columns and storefront standing seam metal canopies add aesthetic quality and architectural flare to create a unique and modern entryway for the new retail building.
