MicroCoal(R) Announces Final Court Approval of Plan of Arrangement

Vancouver, British Columbia (FSCwire) - MicroCoal® Technologies Inc. (CSE: MTI) (Frankfurt: OFS.F) (OTC: CFQSF) ("MicroCoal" or the "Company") announced that, following the approval by its shareholders on May 14, 2015, the Company obtained a final order of the British Columbia Supreme Court today to implement the Company’s previously announced plan of arrangement (the "Arrangement") to reorganize its business.  If all other conditions to the Arrangement are obtained or waived, the Company expects to close the transactions contemplated by the plan of arrangement on or about May 21, 2015.
