For one night only the Philadelphia region will have the exclusive opportunity to dine at the hand of one of New York City’s most celebrated chefs and restaurateurs Marc Murphy. The CHOPPED judge will kick off a new celebrity chef dinner series at Parxgrill with a five-course dinner accompanied by wine pairings from St. Supery Estate Vineyards & Winery.
Menu highlights will include salmon tartare with red onion, lemon confit and dijon mustard, pan-seared red snapper, as well as roasted duck breast with dried cherry glaze to name a few. A wine expert from the St. Supéry Vineyard in Napa Valley will be discussing the wine pairings with each delicious course prepared by Chef Murphy.
During the evening, Chef Murphy will be greeting guests prior to dinner and signing copies of his debut cookbook. Guests will receive a copy of Chef Murphy’s Season with Authority: Confident Home Cooking.
