UPDATE 1-Wal-Mart to not hire seasonal workers; current staff to get more hours

Sept 20 (Reuters) - Wal-Mart Stores Inc said on Wednesday it would not hire temporary workers this holiday season for the second straight year but will offer extra hours to its existing employees.
