Stock Watch List For Friday, September 30
( click to enlarge )Central European Distribution Corp (NASDAQ:CEDC) closed above its 50-day moving average for the first time in nearly three months. CEDC is seeing some significant volumes. However, when one looks at the Accumulation/Distribution, the story is a bit different. The rally is mostly on the downside for this stock. Given the recent rise in this stock , RSI is on the higher side at close to 60. You can buy with a stop loss of $6.76. The first objective will be a re-test of the August highs at $8.28.
( click to enlarge )Trina Solar Limited (NYSE:TSL) - Calling the bottom is always difficult, but my opinion is that daily chart is showing some positive momentum divergences. The stock fell hard on Thursday, but managed a bounce in late trading. Because of this, it has formed a hammer-shaped candle on the daily chart. The $6 mark has held, and it looks like we may see buying come into the stock. The breaking of Thursday’s highs would be a buy signal.
