On the downside

Longbow Research downgraded Rock-Tenn (NYSE: RKT) to a Neutral rating.
B. Riley & Co. analyst Ian Corydon downgraded Globe Specialty Metals (Nasdaq: GSM) to a Neutral rating from Buy.
In the broad market, declining issues outpaced advancers by a margin of nearly 7 to 3 on the NYSE and by nearly 5 to 3 on Nasdaq. The Russell 2000 which tracks small cap stocks fell 5 points to 858.
