PRLog - Mar. 30, 2014 - CHINO, Calif. -- Monarch rain chains pure copper 3 piece gutter installation kit was introduced as a response to customer’s interest in experiencing a seamless installation and effective direct flow of rain water from their gutters. This 3 piece kit consists of a rectangular copper plate of heavy gauge pure copper 6” X 4.5”, a copper cross bar filter, and an inverted top hat shaped copper adaptor with a brass bolt are all designed to work in unison to provide a durable and stable manner of controlling the flow of rain water.
The pure copper plate is to be placed over the gutter hole to hold the gutter adaptor intact and firmly in place. The edges under the plate can be sealed with an adhesive which works for your application. Next, the pure copper adaptor is inserted into the gutter opening and on top of the plate. Its primary purpose is to serve as a conduit to easily manage the flow of water. With the bolt in place, it allows for you to suspend the standard length copper rain chain of your choice.
The brass bolt, which is inserted by removing the dome nuts first, is inserted inside the drilled holes and secured by screwing the nuts back once the bolt is inserted. The round copper cross bar filter is to be placed inside the adaptor hole to prevent debris from collecting up and seeping into the rain chain and clogging the flow of water. Removal of debris is easy and can be done periodically or as necessary to improve efficiency.
While splashing is a normal occurrence with the use of any rain gutter chain, the use of a gutter adaptor minimizes splashing that occurs and offers a more manageable way of directing the flow of the rain water. In addition, it helps to fasten and secure your rain chain down to prevent any breakage or unnecessary fracture from heavy downfalls.
While our 3 piece gutter installation kit was created to outfit a normal gutter downspout, you may want to first measure your gutters to make sure they are in conformity with our gutter adaptor specifications.
Specifications of the copper plate measure 6” L x 4.5” W.
The pure copper gutter adaptor measures 5.25” L x 4.25” W x 3” height and the outlet hole is 2”
