CANADA STOCKS-TSX opens higher as banks, WestJet gain

TORONTO, July 29 (Reuters) - Canada's main stock index rose on Tuesday as advances in shares of financial companies and WestJet Airlines Ltd, which reported strong quarterly results, helped boost investor sentiment.
