UPDATE 1-Canned tuna giant Thai Union Frozen plans to buy Norway's seafood firm King Oscar

BANGKOK, Sept 15 (Reuters) - Thai Union Frozen Products Pcl said on Monday it would buy Norwegian seafood firm King Oscar for an undisclosed amount, the latest acquisition by the world's largest producer of canned tuna as it seeks to boost revenue.
