AcroBody announced it will be bringing acro yoga to Scottsdale, AZ with classes starting on June 18th, to be held at the acclaimed LifePower Yoga studio.
LifePower Yoga operates under the LIFE TIME ATHLETIC® brand owned by Life Time Fitness, a nationwide operator of high-end health clubs. This pilot program is the first class of its kind at Life Time Fitness, and the response to AcroBody coming to the studio has been enthusiastic, from teachers and students alike.

Acro yoga is a blending of yoga, acrobatics, and Thai massage. AcroBody classes focus on the acrobatic aspects of the practice and include conditioning exercises to deliver an amazing workout experience. Students spend a majority of the class practicing with each other in small groups which helps cultivate trust, connection, and playfulness.
