Chevron Honors Lubricant Carriers
Posted on May 18, 2012 at 12:00 PM EDT

Chevron Lubricants, maker of technologically advanced engine oils, lubricants and coolants, recently held its first Carrier Recognition Awards at Hotel Zaza, Houston Texas. The focus of the event was to communicate, reinforce and emphasize Chevron’s commitment to safety, performance and customer service by recognizing partners that exemplify the same values. The awards were based on performance during 2011.

“Our carriers are an extension of the Chevron brand,” said Kevin Lucke, Chevron’s general manager for Supply Chain Americas. “This reality comes with a set of high expectations on our behalf. The partners that we have recognized are exceptional brand ambassadors for Chevron, because they have lived up to, and in some cases exceeded our expectations. More importantly, they set examples for other carriers to follow. We wish to congratulate all the 2011 winners of the Carrier Recognition Awards.”
