TransCanada says Keystone XL costs to nearly double

CALGARY, Alberta, Sept 19 (Reuters) - The total cost of TransCanada Corp's controversial Keystone XL pipeline is likely to nearly double following six years of regulatory delays, a company spokesman said on Friday.
