In an effort to expand current service line offerings to clients, PST Inc., a Microsoft Partner Learning Center and multiple award-winning GSA contractor, has been acquired by Vertical Holdings, LLC. Vertical Holdings is comprised of the Carolina Center for Occupational Health, OpsAssure LLC, and other companies located in South Carolina and New York. The new partnership affords both companies the opportunity to offer software, technology and soft skills training, healthcare, and management services to nearly 1,000 clients. With five companies already up and running, the intent is to elevate and expand services to additional verticals.
