Brookfield Property Partners (NYSE: BPY) offered $14.8 billion to acquire the 66% stake of GGP Inc. (NYSE: GGP) that it does not already own. Shares of Brookfield Property Partners fell $1.18 to close at $22.50 while GGP stock climbed $1.85 to close at $24.05.
