U.S. considers Goldman Sachs criminal charges: WSJ

U.S. prosecutors in New York reportedly are looking into whether to charge Goldman Sachs Group Inc. or its employees with criminal securities fraud, part of a referral by the Securities and Exchange Commission arising from the latter's civil case pending against the Wall Street powerhouse.
