Bullish euphoria took a backseat today as markets took their time to digest Monday’s big jump. Pessimism crept back onto the stock front after Chairman Bernanke commented that the Fed doesn’t have the necessary tools to shield the economy from the potential harm that could arise from the much-feared “fiscal cliff”.
