Yesterday, Global Equities Research's Trip Chowdhry argued that Tesla Motors ( TSLA ) could easily deliver 25,000 cars during the last three months of 2016. Today, he downplays concerns after BMW said that it could take years for battery costs to come down enough to make a mass electric vehicle feasible :
