Taiwan financials rising, but rally won't last

Most Taiwanese financial shares extend gains after the island’s regulator releases guidelines for cross-strait investments that are less restrictive for the Taiwan’s own firms than for their larger mainland Chinese counterparts. But analysts say the positive sentiment may not last.
