ECB, BOE leave key rates unchanged

Eyes are now on European Central Bank President Jean-Claude Trichet and any comments on the central bank’s bond-purchase plan after the ECB and the Bank of England both left key interest rates unchanged, as expected, at their monthly policy meetings on Thursday.
