CANADA STOCKS-TSX opens higher on China optimism

TORONTO, Sept 1 (Reuters) - Toronto's main stock index shot higher in early dealings on Wednesday as heavily weighted financial and resource shares rallied following news of a rebound in manufacturing growth in China.
