Citi, banks pull back on word of possible new regs

U.S. financial stocks surrendered early opening gains on Wednesday and slipped with the broader market as major banks like Citigroup Inc, Bank of America Corp. and J.P. Morgan Chase & Co. fell on word of new proposed regulation.
