Ali serves as Director of Food and Beverage Consulting with Hotel Resort Food & Beverage International. He is a seasoned food and beverage executive with over 15 years of extensive experience in all aspects including catering, banqueting and conference centers for hotels and resorts chains in North America, the Middle East and Africa. Mr. Hosny is a proactive, versatile, and results-driven leader with a solid history of success delivering exceptional service, quality, and profitability.

During his collegiate career, Ali earned a Diploma in Hospitality Management and a Food & Beverage Certificate of Specialization from the American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute. He also earned a Certificate of Completion at Ryerson University for the Planning and Management of Meetings, Conferences, and Conventions course. In addition, Mr. Hosny completed the Food & Beverage Management program at the Lausanne Hotel School in Switzerland.
