Energy Transfer Partners LP (NYSE: ETP) will acquire Sunoco Inc. (NYSE: SUN) in a deal valued at approximately $5.3 billion. Shares of Energy Transfer Partners climbed $1.29 to $49.21 while Sunoco stock jumped $8.03 to $48.94.
