UPDATE 1-Elbit Systems profit flat, eyes Latam and APAC growth

JERUSALEM, Aug 14 (Reuters) - Israeli defence electronics firm Elbit Systems reported flat quarterly profit that beat estimates and said revenues from Latin America and Asia were rising as the United States and Europe faced tighter defence budgets.
