UPDATE 2-Germany, France may seek combined 27 pct stake in EADS-BAE -report

BERLIN, Sept 28 (Reuters) - Germany and France may seek a combined 27 percent stake in a company to be formed from a planned merger of European aerospace group EADS and British defence contractor BAE Systems Plc, but Britain would be opposed, the Financial Times Deutschland said.
