German regulator okays GM and PSA joint purchasing

FRANKFURT, Oct 26 (Reuters) - Germany's Federal Cartel Office approved on Friday plans by General Motors and French rival PSA Peugeot Citroen to bundle their purchasing budgets to save costs.
