Jefferies Group Inc.'s (NYSE: JEF) largest shareholder Leucadia National Corp. (NYSE: LUK) will acquire the investment bank in a deal valued at approximately $2.8 billion. Shares of Jefferies soared $2.00 to close at $16.27 while Leucadia National stock lost 66 cents to close at $21.14.
