Clearwire (NASDAQ: CLWR ) shares gained 11.45% to create a new 52-week high of $3.07. Sprint Nextel (NYSE: S ) is offering $2.90 per share to acquire the rest of Clearwire. First Financial Bankshares (NASDAQ: FFIN ) shares jumped 0.20% to create a new 52-week high of $39.98.
