The Justice Department sued to block Anheuser-Busch InBev's (NYSE: BUD) deal to acquire Grupo Modelo which could jeopardize Constellation Brands Inc.'s (NYSE: STZ) deal to purchase Crown Imports. Shares of Anheuser-Busch plunged $5.54 to close at $88.60 while Constellation Brands stock plummeted $6.81 to close at $32.36.
