U.S. stock index futures rise, focus on jobs data

LONDON, Feb 1 (Reuters) - U.S. stock index futures pointed to a higher open on Wall Street on Friday, with futures for the S&P 500, the Dow Jones and the Nasdaq 100 rising 0.4 to 0.5 percent.
