Resolution Posts Full-Year Profit, Raises Dividend

Resolution (OTC: RSLLF ) swung to a pretax profit for the year ended December 31 and lifted its dividend by 6.3%. Resolution raised its full year dividend per share to 21.14 pence, from 19.89 pence in 2011. Its total revenue surged to GBP11.13 billion from GBP4.1 billion. It posted a pretax
