SAN FRANCISCO, Oct 21 (Reuters) - A U.S. judge on Monday refused to let Yahoo Inc YHOO.O delay using Microsoft Corp's Bing search capabilities in Taiwan and Hong Kong, affirming an arbitrator's decision in favor of Microsoft.
