Manufacturers will ship nearly 2.2 billion mobile devices this year, according to recent estimates from Gartner, Inc., and Cisco projects that the number of mobile-connected devices will exceed the number of people on the planet by the end of the year. Despite the explosive growth of mobile usage, 63% of human resource (HR) executives surveyed said their organization is "weak" in providing mobile and social learning, based on Bersin by Deloitte’s “Global Human Capital Trends 2014” report.
