UPDATE 1-St. Jude Medical forecasts lower-than-expected revenue

Oct 15 (Reuters) - Heart device maker St. Jude Medical Inc forecast a quarterly revenue that fell below Wall Street estimate, and said sales growth in international markets didn't match its expectation.
