Acacia Subsidiary Enters into an Agreement with Blackberry Corporation and Blackberry Limited

Acacia Research Corporation (NASDAQ: ACTG) announced today that its Cell and Network Selection LLC subsidiary entered into an agreement with Blackberry Corporation and Blackberry Limited. The agreement resolved litigation that was pending between Cell and Network Selection LLC and Blackberry in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas.
