Tuesday Sector Laggards: Construction, Packaging & Containers

In trading on Tuesday, construction shares were relative laggards, down on the day by about 2.4%. Helping drag down the group were shares of Sterling Construction Company (STRL), off about 25% and shares of Caterpillar (CAT) off about 7.3% on the day.
