When the iconic Watergate Hotel reopens this summer, it plans to embrace all of its quirky curves. The $125 million renovation of the Watergate by New York-based Euro Capital Properties, expected to ceremonially "cap off" this week, honors the original Luigi Moretti design and incorporates a midcentury aesthetic "Everything that you'll see inside is going to be just as bold and curvy, as revolutionary, as the exterior of this complex," said Jacques Cohen, principal at Euro Capital Properties, which bought the property in 2010 after a failed attempt to turn it into condominiums...
