ACG Atlanta Announces the 40 Fastest-Growing Companies

ACG Atlanta, the Atlanta Chapter of The Association for Corporate Growth® (ACG), a global professional organization with the mission of Driving Middle-Market Growth® with a focus on mergers and acquisitions and private investment, today announced the 2015 Georgia Fast 40, representing the top 40 fastest-growing middle-market companies in Georgia.

“We are very impressed with the caliber of companies that are being honored this year,” stated Dan Bauer, ACG Atlanta Chapter President. “These companies exemplify ACG’s focus on Middle-Market growth and demonstrate the strength and significance of this sector in Georgia,” Ann Cox, Chairman of the 2015 Georgia Fast 40 Awards and Vice President for J.P. Morgan Private Bank, agreed. “These forty companies represent 12,000 added employees and $1.6 billion revenue growth. The lower Middle-Market honorees had over a 245% weighted growth rate, and the upper Middle-Market honorees had over a 96% weighted growth rate,” stated Cox.

Criteria and selection for the award includes the following: 1) eligible companies must be for profit and headquartered in Georgia, 2) most recent year-end revenues ranging from $15 million to $500 million, and 3) three years of verifiable revenue and employment growth. The applicants’ financials were validated by national accounting firm and founding Diamond sponsor, Cherry Bekaert LLP, and an ACG Selection Committee evaluated each application and conducted in-person interviews with all qualified applicants.
