Monday's ETF with Unusual Volume: PSL

The PowerShares DWA Consumer Staples Momentum Portfolio ETF (PSL) is seeing unusually high volume in afternoon trading Monday, with over 118,000 shares traded versus three month average volume of about 32,000. Shares of PSL were up about 0.3% on the day.
