Ariel Rider Ebikes Debuts New Premium Models for Green Commuting

By: Get News

SAN FRANCISCO Ariel Rider Ebikes, which sells electric bicycles (Ebikes) in 26 countries, today announced that it has released two new premium versions of its popular N-Class and W-Class models. The premium versions feature enhanced front suspension as well as premium seats and grips. The N-Class Premium edition is customizable for users, with a “fat bike” option available.

“Our customers just fall in love with these bikes – partly because they believe in our environmental mission but mostly because they’re just really cool,” said Nora Anderson of Ariel Rider. “We’ve gotten some great feedback, too, which we are now incorporating in these new premium editions.”

Both the N- and W-Class Premium Models come in 250 and 500 watt versions. Premium features include springer front forks, an old school design that Ariel Rider has re-engineered to fit into 21st century needs. According to the company, there are no springer forks in the market which can provide as smooth ride as Ariel Rider does with disc brake holders. The Premium saddle is handmade from genuine leather. “These saddles are the epitome of craftsmanship and quality,” Anderson commented. “The handlebar grips are similarly made.” The plastic covers around the battery compartment can be customized and imprinted with artwork selected by the client. Both models are available in beige, black and red.

The founders, brothers who are an electrical and industrial engineer, respectively, started Ariel Rider with the goal of getting more people on ebikes as a sustainable means of commuting compared to cars, even electric vehicles. The brothers were originally inspired by a visit to Holland, where cycling and ebikes are popular for commuting even in inclement weather. Ariel Rider has been successful at blending engineering with good economics as well as style. “As cities become more and more congested by the day, we strongly believe that electric bikes are an efficient and enjoyable venue through which busy professionals can release some stress as they travel to/from the office or just simply take a ride down the beach to release their daily stress,” Anderson added.
