EA to Host Conference Call to Discuss Changes in External Financial Reporting

Electronic Arts Inc. (NASDAQ: EA) will host a conference call on July 19, 2016 to discuss changes to the way in which it externally reports its financial performance in response to the SEC’s Compliance and Disclosure Interpretations regarding use of non-GAAP financial measures that were released on May 17, 2016.

EA will not be discussing any business results on the call. The interpretations apply to all U.S. public companies that report non-GAAP measures, particularly those that make adjustments for revenue recognition, such as many of EA’s video game peers.

Listeners may access the conference call live via a dial-in number or audio webcast and will have a chance to ask questions. After the call EA will post the prepared remarks, an audio replay of the call, a transcript and a spreadsheet that illustrates the GAAP to non-GAAP adjustments for Q4 Fiscal 2016 on its Investor Relations website at http://ir.ea.com.
