Tobira Therapeutics Inc. (Nasdaq: TBRA) will be acquired by Allergan (NYSE: AGN) in a deal valued at approximately $1.7 billion. Shares of Tobira rocketed $34.17 to close at $38.91 while Allergan stock tumbled $6.62 to close at $238.67.
