The acquisition of Tobira Therapeutics Inc. (Nasdaq: TBRA) by Allergan (NYSE: AGN) raised speculation that Conatus Pharmaceutcals (Nasdaq: CNAT) may be acquired. Shares of Tobira Therapeutics rocketed $34.17 to close at $38.91 while Allergan stock plummeted $6.62 to close at $238.67. Conatus stock gained 34 cents to close at $2.09.
