EU regulator conditionally approves Abbott's purchase of St Jude

BRUSSELS, Nov 23 (Reuters) - The European Commission on Wednesday said it has given its conditional approval to U.S. medical device maker Abbott Laboratories' bid for peer St Jude Medical Inc.
