Verscend Technologies Grows Leadership Team with Chris Coloian and Michael Kapp

Verscend Technologies, Inc. (Verscend), a leader in data-driven healthcare solutions, today announced the addition of Chris Coloian as senior vice president (SVP) of revenue and growth, and Michael Kapp as SVP of government services. As SVP of revenue and growth, Coloian will drive Verscend’s growth, lead sales efforts, forge new pathways and partnerships, and ensure strategic focus. In his role as SVP of government services, Kapp will deliver Verscend’s solutions to government programs through strategic development and execution.

Coloian has more than 25 years of experience across health insurance operations, healthcare services, and management consulting. He has a strong background in management, business development, strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, operations, and product development. Prior to joining Verscend, Coloian held senior positions at Welltok, Predilytics, Health Dialog, Cigna HealthCare (NYSE: CI), and Matria Healthcare.

Kapp brings more than 20 years of experience to Verscend and is an expert in general management, mergers and acquisitions, and financial management, as well as defining business strategies, structures, and process improvements to achieve organizational missions. Prior to Verscend, he served as the president of Federal Government Solutions at Anthem (NYSE: ANTM), leading National Government Services and the Federal Employee Program business. Kapp has also previously held leadership positions at TriServ Alliance, VT Griffin, and Lockheed Martin (NYSE: LMT).
