WASHINGTON, April 26 (Reuters) - The confirmation testimony expected on Wednesday for Makan Delrahim, who was nominated to head U.S. Justice Department's Antitrust Division, has been delayed by missing paperwork, Senator Charles Grassley said in a hearing.
